On November 8, 2024, the Forum for Small and Medium Businesses titled "Honest Citizen – Honest Labor – Honest Business" was held in Astana, organized by the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, "Atameken." The event brought together over 300 participants from different regions of the country, uniting representatives of businesses, government authorities, and public organizations to discuss current issues in the development of entrepreneurship.

Special attention was given by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TGS, Zh.B. Mominbayev, to speeches by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, O.A. Bektenov, and the Chairman of the Board of NCE RK "Atameken," R.A. Batalov.

The speakers emphasized the importance of adhering to principles of integrity and commitment to quality, shared experiences in implementing projects contributing to Kazakhstan's sustainable economic growth, and highlighted very important aspects:

1. Unconditional support for domestic producers, including their maximum involvement in the National Project "Modernization of the Energy and Utilities Sector," as well as in the procurement of goods by government and quasi-governmental entities;
2. "Fake producers" – an urgent issue that requires resolution.

Thus, the topics recently emphasized by NCE RK "Atameken" and industry experts on various platforms and in the media have become an "action plan" for the Government of Kazakhstan.

The 2024 Gender Climate Awards, recognizing significant achievements in promoting gender equality and addressing climate change issues within the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) framework, were presented to 15 outstanding individuals and organizations from CAREC member countries at an awards ceremony held on November 6, 2024, in Astana, Kazakhstan. The award aims to honor the contributions of individuals and organizations actively supporting gender equality, sustainable development, and climate adaptation and mitigation in the Asian region.

In the welcoming speech, Lyaziza Sabirova, the regional head of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for cooperation and integration, emphasized the laureates' strong commitment to gender equality and resilience to climate change.

Among the award recipients from Kazakhstan was Aruzhan Mominbayeva, a project manager at the Center for Green Technologies at TechnoGroupService LLP. The CAREC Gender Climate Award presented to Aruzhan symbolizes recognition of her dedicated efforts and commitment to advancing renewable energy in Kazakhstan, following high standards of environmental responsibility and professionalism.

As part of a partnership, Alex Li, Regional Director for Central Asia and the Middle East at LONGi, arrived in Almaty.

A joint delegation of representatives from TechnoGroupService LLP and LONGi visited the construction site of the photovoltaic module plant located in the Alatau Special Economic Zone. During the visit, participants thoroughly reviewed the progress of the plant's construction and discussed the development strategy aimed at strengthening Kazakhstan's position in renewable energy.

On October 30-31, 2024, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TechnoGroupService LLP, Zhomart Mominbayev, presented a series of key initiatives aimed at developing the domestic manufacturing sector in the field of renewable energy sources (RES) at PowerExpo Almaty.

On October 30, 2024, Mominbayev participated in a seminar titled “Support Measures for the Domestic Processing Industry in the RES Sector,” where he served as a speaker, outlining potential avenues for government support for companies focused on manufacturing RES equipment. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of localization and the use of Kazakhstani resources and technologies to enhance the country’s energy independence.

The following day, October 31, 2024, Mominbayev moderated the session “Domestic Value Creation: Local Manufacturers in Energy.” Speakers included: Managing Director of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken,” Zh. Khairushev; Chairman of the Kazakhstan Association of Energy Supply Organizations, S.S. Agafonov; Director of Nero Group, Y. Nabiyev; General Director of Synergy Astana LLP, D.V. Sevalnikov; Director of Profland.KZ LLP, A.V. Slesarenko; and Deputy Director of Sales for Alageum Sales LLP, S.M. Zhakaparov.
