Green Eurasia – 2025

On June 26, 2025, in Minsk, as part of the IV Eurasian Economic Forum, the results of the third international climate competition “Green Eurasia” were announced. The competition was organized by the Eurasian Economic Commission in collaboration with the Autonomous Non-Profit Organization “Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects.”

Following the evaluation by the Expert Group and the Competition Presidium, the digital system “InTech-Forecast,” implemented by LLP “Green Technology Centre” was awarded 3rd place in the category “Climate Monitoring and Management of Climate-Active Substances.” The project was recognized among the best solutions from more than 290 applications across 16 countries, including the EAEU member states, as well as China, India, Iran, South Africa, Senegal, and others. LLP “Green Technology Centre” was the only representative from Kazakhstan among the winners.

The honorary award on behalf of the company was received by Timur Zeilovich, Member of the Board and Deputy Chairman of the Board of the NCE RK “Atameken,” with congratulations and wishes for further success from the Chairman of the EEC Board Mikhail Vladimirovich.

The “InTech-Forecast” platform, developed by the company, is designed to forecast electricity generation at renewable energy facilities using artificial intelligence algorithms and digital twins. The solution improves generation accuracy, minimizes losses, and ensures stable integration of renewables into the power system.

The group of companies is participating in the “Green Eurasia” competition for the second year in a row. In 2024, “TechnoGroupService” LLP was awarded two prizes: finalist status in the “Low-Carbon Energy” category (2nd place) for the solar power plant construction project funded through the issuance of Green Bonds on the KASE exchange, and an Honorary Award in the “Eurasian Perspective” category for the 50 MW “Kun Bulagy” SPP project.

Participation and recognition on an international platform once again confirmed the significance of Kazakhstan’s digital solutions and their practical applicability across the Eurasian region.

GREENAID

On June 17, 2025, the 2nd International Summit “Central Asia – China” was held in Astana, with the participation of the Heads of State of the region and the President of the People's Republic of China. The summit focused on key areas of cooperation—from the development of trade and transport-logistics ties to joint promotion of energy, innovation, and sustainable development projects.

Zhomart Mominbayev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of «TechnoGroupService» LLP, took part in the expert program of the summit, delivering a report on the potential of renewable energy to combat desertification and improve the environmental situation in the region. Symbolically, June 17 marks the UN-designated World Day to Combat Desertification (since 1994).

In his speech, Mr. Mominbayev presented the pilot project GREENAID – 20 MW Solar Power Plant, aimed at restoring the ecosystem of the dried seabed of the Aral Sea. The project combines the use of solar panels with saxaul planting, which helps stabilize the soil, reduce dust storms, and create a microclimate for vegetation growth. Special emphasis was placed on the scalability of such solutions in the cross-border zones of Central Asia.

The 20 MW SPP project already has a 20-year PPA contract with a fixed tariff. Support from the UN Green Climate Fund is needed to partially cover capital costs to ensure the SPP meets photovoltaic and saline-resistance standards. To that end, «TechnoGroupService» LLP has officially approached the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects (ICGTIP).

The participation of «TechnoGroupService» LLP in the summit highlights the essential role of the private sector in achieving the region’s climate and environmental goals, while also opening new avenues for dialogue and the integration of advanced solutions into regional sustainable development programs.

Presentation of Green Projects in the Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On June 3, 2025, a government session was held in the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the participation of the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, Yerlan Nyssanbayev, dedicated to ecological transformation, green projects, and the implementation of state environmental policy priorities.

As part of the event, and with the support of the International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects (ICGTIP), an exhibition of innovative solutions in ecology and green technologies was held for the first time.

One of the exhibitors was the InTech-Forecast system, developed to forecast electricity generation at renewable energy facilities using artificial intelligence algorithms and digital twins. The system is included in the ICGTIP register of green projects.

InTech-Forecast is used to optimize generation at solar power plants, improve energy system balancing, and minimize losses associated with unstable energy production. Participation in the government session marked another step in promoting the company's digital solutions aimed at achieving the goals of the green transition and sustainable development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We express our gratitude to Assel Aimusheva for her professional presentation of the platform to the senators and her active promotion of ESG principles in the economy and education sector.
