On February 13, 2026, an in-person meeting of the Public Council was held at JSC “NMH “Baiterek” with the participation of the Chairman of the Management Board of the Holding, R. Karagoishin.
During the meeting, the Holding’s management presented the results of its activities for 2025 and outlined the key directions for further transformation. It was noted that “Baiterek” consistently implements its development strategy aimed at strengthening the Holding’s role as a national investment institution, enhancing the effectiveness of business support instruments, and expanding financing for priority sectors of the economy.
The Activity Plan of the Public Council for 2026 was also approved. The Plan предусматривает systematic support of the Holding’s strategic initiatives, the establishment of a Commission for the Development of Cooperatives, and consideration of the participation of members of the Holding’s Public Council in the Boards of Directors of subsidiary organizations as independent directors.
Following the meeting, Mominbayev Zhomart and several other members of the Public Council were awarded certificates of honor for their active participation in the work of the advisory body and their contribution to the development of the Council’s activities.
