"Kun Bulagy" 50 MW Solar Power Plant Project

On April 28–30, 2026, the management of TechnoGroupService LLP visited Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, as part of the implementation of the project to build the 50 MW "Kun Bulagy" solar power plant in the Issyk-Kul region. During the visit, working meetings were held with representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The meetings focused on current project implementation issues, further stages of collaboration, and measures aimed at accelerating the procedures required to finalize construction preparations and subsequent commissioning of the facility. Particular attention was paid to developing cooperation in the field of renewable energy and strengthening regional interaction in the "green" economy.

Earlier, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, O.A. Bektenov, sent an official letter to the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, expressing support for the 50 MW "Kun Bulagy" SPP construction project, implemented by Kun Bulagy LLC with the participation of a Kazakh investor — TechnoGroupService LLP. The letter emphasized the project's significance for developing bilateral trade and economic cooperation, diversifying the energy balance, and strengthening Kazakh-Kyrgyz interaction in the field of sustainable development.
