Meeting of the Kyrgyz–Kazakh Business Council

On May 22, 2025, the second meeting of the Kyrgyz Kazakh Business Council took place in Bishkek, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. The event brought together representatives of government bodies, business entities, industry associations, and development institutions from both countries to discuss key areas of trade and economic cooperation.

A number of promising projects in the fields of infrastructure, energy, industry, and investment were presented at the meeting. Particular attention was given to the planned establishment of the Industrial Trade and Logistics Complex (ITLC) on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, which is expected to become a key link in regional integration and interstate cooperation.

Zhomart Mominbayev, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TechnoGroupService LLP, participated in the meeting and confirmed the company’s readiness to expand its partnerships in the field of sustainable energy. The meeting also included a presentation on the progress of the 50 MW "Kun Bulagy" solar power plant project, being implemented in the Kyrgyz Republic as part of the agreements between President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov.

The company expresses its gratitude to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kyrgyz Republic, Rapil Zhoshybayev, for his support and contribution to the development of bilateral cooperation, and to Ilyas Tulekeyev, co-chair of the council from the Kazakh side, for his effective coordination and efforts to strengthen the intercountry business dialogue.
